Upon account termination, you may retrieve your data during a Data Retrieval Period, after which we will securely delete your data within 30 days, in accordance with our Data Processing Addendum. We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256), access controls, regular security audits, and SOC 2-aligned practices. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
